Ellora's Cave was the first major online publisher of romance novels. It is now a large, well-known romance publisher that releases both ebooks and print books to romance novel fans. Begun as an ebook publisher in 2000 and later began publishing print books. It was the first online publisher to be recognized by Romance Writer's of America, one of the largest writers' groups in the country.
Erotic Romantic Fiction
Like many modern romance novels, the books in the Ellora's Cave collection include erotic story elements. This blend of romance and erotica is called Romantica by the publisher. The publisher's mix of erotic fiction and classical romance themes is divided into many subcategories of Romantica, all of which include explicit sexual content that is portrayed in a positive light.
Ellora's Cave carries many supernatural and fantasy romance categories as well as more traditional romance categories. Along with the historical and contemporary romance novels are science fiction, fantasy, time travel, paranormal, werewolf and shapeshifter romance novels.
Romance Ebooks
Like most romance novels, the virtual covers of Ellora's Cave novels feature racy covers that entice readers to download the novels. Each of the romance ebooks can be previewed with a small excerpt, much like browsing books in a print bookstore.

Romance Publishing
